Consultation – SRA want to enable innovation

There needs to be a careful balance between protecting clients and tying everything up in so much red tape that it stifles innovation. The SRA is keen to promote the ability for firms to adapt and thrive and wants your input on how they can do that.

We did offer the SPG free access to our publishing/info sharing portal (myinfonet.com, which underpins our legalrss.uk system) to make it really easy for SPG members to share ideas, cross-refer work and so on. There was no response, which rather begs the question about whether all this talk about helping firms thrive and innovation has much substance…
